I captured video of most of the final 10 pave sectors of Paris Roubaix during the Cervelo Test Team Travel ride of the course the day before the race. Here’s a clip of the ride through Pave Sector 4, Le Carrefour de l’Arbre. As you will see, the Belgians fans are already setting up for the party and race (which pretty much is the same thing to them!). It is at the start of this sector that Flecha and Hoste took a spill to split the lead group. Also note the left hand turn half way through. This is where Thor Hushovd had his unfortunate crash that allowed Tom Boonen to get away for his 3rd win.
